I’m a sucker for homemade whipped cream. Went I went vegan one of the first recipes I developed was for a vegan whipped cream. I literally put it on everything from pancakes to sweet potatoes to my favorite pie! It’s super quick to make and whips up even faster if you chill the cream for at least one hour prior to mixing. Enjoy!
Coconut Whipped Cream
Prep Time: 3-5 minutes
- 2 (5.4 oz) cans coconut cream, chilled and drained of excess water
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until a soft peak forms.
Store in refrigerator, covered, for up to 3 days.
