Vegan Smoothie Philosophy

I personally believe that eating vegan food should aways be delicious and enjoyable! When I went vegan I quickly devised a strategy that worked for me, I started by replacing one meal a day with a vegan smoothie! It worked for me, and it worked so well that I decided to share these easy vegan smoothies with you! I personally don’t believe in diets or food trends, but I do believe that anyone can eat healthier meals while easily avoiding dairy and meat.
