Vegan Strawberry Mojito Smoothie
This vegan strawberry smoothie is refreshing and delicious, perfectly reminiscent of your go-to summer Mojito - minus the alcohol of course
Ingredients
- 1 c strawberries, frozen
- 1 banana, sliced and frozen
- 1/2 c plant-based milk we use coconut
- 1 tbsp fresh mint leaves, or basil chopped
- 1 tsp honey, or agave
- 1/2 tsp lime zest
- pinch freshly ground black pepper
Instructions

Add the strawberries and plant-based milk to a blender.

Blend on low for 30 seconds

Add the bananas, mint leaves, honey, lime zest and pinch of black pepper.

Blend on high until creamy and smooth.

Pour into a glass, top with a couple mint leaves and enjoy!
