Blueberry Banana Nut Smoothie
One sip of this guilt-free vegan blueberry smoothie and your taste buds will be in heaven.
- 2 tbsp walnuts
- 1 1/4 c plant-based milk we used almond
- 1 c blueberries, frozen
- 1 banana, sliced and frozen
- 2 tsp chia seed
- 1/2 c ice
Blend the plant based milk and walnuts in a blender on low until creamy.
Slowly add the remaining ingredients.
Blend once more until smooth, pour into a cold glass and sprinkle with a spoonful of walnuts. Enjoy!
