A vegan diet has endless benefits for your health, the environment and all the animals lives you are saving. One of my favorite vegan recipes is for these sweet potato fries. They’re healthy and taste great!
I literally eat them for lunch and save the rest to eat on the side for dinner with a veggie burger!
These sweet potato fries blow all the other fries away!
You can easily make them for lunch ahead of time to take on the go or cook them up at home for a leisurely vegan lunch. They tastes incredible either way!
I love to pair them with this recipe for vegan Caesar Salad.
The dressing makes an amazing dip for the fries! Win-win for anyone eating a vegan diet.
Sweet Potato Fries
Ingredients
- 3-5 sweet potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- pinch sea salt
- pinch freshly ground black pepper
- pinch garlic salt
Instructions

Preheat an oven to 450 degrees.

Place a baking sheet inside the oven while preheating.

Meanwhile, remove the skins of 3 large or 5 small sweet potatoes and carefully slice into fries.

In a lidded bowl toss the sliced sweet potatoes with 1 tbsp of olive oil and a pinch each of sea salt, freshly ground black pepper and garlic salt.

Place coated fries on the hot baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.

Flip and bake for 15 minutes more or until crispy.

Remove from oven and serve with vegan Caesar Dressing.
