A friend was asking me for vegan pasta ideas for an upcoming party she’s planning. My first thought was to send her the Pasta with Vodka Sauce recipe because it’s my all-time favorite but then I remembered that it was for a children’s party so I went with this one instead. We don’t need any kids tasting vodka that’s for sure!
Anyways, this recipe is definitely my go-to nowadays. It’s not only quick to prepare but tastes devine.
Add truffle oil and it is simply golden.
Better yet? Serve with a creamy vegan Caesar Salad!!
I can’t even begin to describe how amazing this pasta tastes!
