Vegan Shakes for Weight Loss: Spicy Peach Smoothie
Vegan shakes for weight loss, like this spicy peach smoothie, can supercharge your body with nutritious plant-based ingredients. Get your blender out now!
Ingredients
- 1 c peaches, sliced and frozen
- 1/2 c orange juice
- 1/2 c macadamia milk we used Milkadamia Unsweetened Vanilla
- 1/2 c cantaloupe, sliced and frozen
- 1 banana, sliced and frozen
- pinch ground cayenne pepper
- 3 tbsp plant-based yogurt optional
Instructions

Combine the orange juice with the frozen peaches and macadamia milk in a blender on low.

Slowly add the frozen cantaloupe, banana, cayenne pepper and plant-based yogurt and blend once again on high.

Pour into a glass and enjoy!
