Vegan Chocolate Smoothie

This vegan chocolate smoothie is swirled with creamy peanut butter and topped with crunchy hazelnuts. Get your blender out now - this smoothie is heavenly!

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, sliced and frozen
  • 3 tbsp creamy organic peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 c plant-based milk, we use coconut milk
  • pinch sea salt
  • 2 tbsp chopped hazelnuts

Instructions

  1. Combine the banana slices, peanut butter, cacao powder, sea salt and plant-based milk in a blender on low for 30 seconds. 

  2. Check the consistency and add additional plant-based milk as needed, 1/4 cup at a time. Blend until creamy and smooth!

  3. Pour into a chilled glass and sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts. Enjoy!

    For added amazing-ness add a dollop of Coconut Whipped Cream on top.
