Ultimate Hummus Recipe

This vegan hummus recipe is so light and creamy and just bursting with pure, Mediterranean  flavors! Pair it with your favorite pita bread or veggies for the ultimate snack.

  • 15 oz chickpeas, drained (save 1/4 cup of liquid)
  • 1/4 c tahini
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 clove garlic


  1. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas with the tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, sea salt, garlic and 1/4 cup of aquafaba (chickpea liquids).

  2. Blend on high for approximately 30 seconds, or until creamy. Pour into a bowl.

  3. Drizzle with additional olive oil to taste and serve with pita, Nann, pita chips or veggies of your choice. Enjoy!
