Spray the inside of a slow cooker with cooking spray to coat.
Add all the ingredients and stir with a slotted spoon to combine.
Set the slow cooker to low heat and allow to cook for no more than 8 hours.
Remove the lid to the slow cooker after approximately 8 hours, being careful of the steam.
Using a solid spoon, stir gently.
Using a ladle, scoop into medium-sized bowls.
Top with your favorite toppings or the ones suggested above and enjoy for a quick, but seriously delicious breakfast!
