Sweet Potato Fries

  • 3-5 sweet potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • pinch sea salt
  • pinch freshly ground black pepper
  • pinch garlic salt


  1. Preheat an oven to 450 degrees.

  2. Place a baking sheet inside the oven while preheating. 

  3. Meanwhile, remove the skins of 3 large or 5 small sweet potatoes and carefully slice into fries.

  4. In a lidded bowl toss the sliced sweet potatoes with 1 tbsp of olive oil and a pinch each of sea salt, freshly ground black pepper and garlic salt. 

  5. Place coated fries on the hot baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. 

  6. Flip and bake for 15 minutes more or until crispy.

  7. Remove from oven and serve with vegan Caesar Dressing.
