Blueberry Banana Nut Smoothie

One sip of this guilt-free vegan blueberry smoothie and your taste buds will be in heaven.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp walnuts
  • 1 1/4 c plant-based milk we used almond
  • 1 c blueberries, frozen
  • 1 banana, sliced and frozen
  • 2 tsp chia seed
  • 1/2 c ice

Instructions

  1. Blend the plant based milk and walnuts in a blender on low until creamy. 

  2. Slowly add the remaining ingredients. 

  3. Blend once more until smooth, pour into a cold glass and sprinkle with a spoonful of walnuts. Enjoy!
